401K Retirement Plan

You will qualify for our plan after working a minimum of 1,000 hours within a 12 month period.

Referral Bonus

 

Refer RN’s & LPN’s and receive $100.00 after your referral has worked 100 hours. Refer CNA’s (Central Wisconsin and Fox Valley only) and receive $50.00 after your referral works 100 hours. Refer Respiratory Care Therapists (RT’s) and receive $3.00 per hour for every hour they work up to $400.00.

 

Vacation Pay

Guardian HealthStaff, LLC will pay you 40 hours of vacation after you have worked 1,800 hours in the twelve months following your hire date or succeeding anniversary date. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to these guidelines.

 

Health Insurance

Single and family coverage is available and priced according to the coverage you select. 

After you work 80 hours, you are eligible for health insurance. You pay 100% of the premium. After you have worked 1,000 hours (and maintain an average of 32 hours per week), Guardian HealthStaff, LLC will pay 25% of the single coverage premium.
